Maybe We Can Blame Lockout on McNall
I am tired of reading letters about what a “decent, kind and generous man” Bruce McNall is, and how much he has done for hockey.
Has Tom Pollack ever considered that the current state of the NHL could be a direct result of those “misguided” actions of Mr. McNall’s? While he was throwing stolen money around and influencing others to compete--by committing to the same exorbitant salaries--he disillusioned players into thinking that there is that type of money to be had when there isn’t.
