Taco Bell ‘Best of Best’ in Hearing, Serving Customers

Taco Bell Corp., the Irvine-based fast-food company, is among the “Best of the Best” when it comes to hearing and serving its customers, according to a management consulting firm.

Taco Bell is one of 19 on a list compiled by Arthur D. Little of Cambridge, Mass. Others are Citibank, Federal Express, Four Seasons Hotel and Home Depot. Those corporations, said Marc Rubin, Arthur D. Little director, treat customers as “strategic partners,” rather than just another sale.
