NEWPORT BEACH : Getting a Jump on College Costs
Parents hoping to send their children to college can get advice on covering the cost at a free seminar Thursday at the Newport Beach Central Library.
Topics include how to develop a college investment plan and funding sources such as scholarships and financial aid programs, loans, insurance, certificates of deposit and stocks and bonds.
