FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa document-imaging company reported that its profit for 1994 more than doubled to $16.1 million, or $1.37 a share, from $7.8 million, or 71 cents a share, for the previous year. Revenue showed a 13% increase, to $179.7 million from $158.8 million. Fourth-quarter profit was up 43% to $5.7 million, or 48 cents a share, from $4 million, or 35 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue rose 17% to $53.5 million from $45.9 million.
