Million-Dollar Loan Made on Oxnard Building
A partnership that owns the Swift Building, a 30,000-square-foot Oxnard office building, has obtained more than $1 million in new financing on the structure.
The owners got a fixed-rate mortgage from a life insurance company, according to James Fowler, a vice president of CB Commercial Mortgage Banking in Oxnard. CB helped negotiate the loan.
The 25-year-old building at 2500 Vineyard Ave. has three floors of offices and two parking levels.
