Genisco Technology Files for Protection
ANAHEIM — Genisco Technology Corp. said it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection from its creditors Friday.
Genisco Technology, based in Anaheim, makes computer workstations, memory storage systems and filters that block, shape or control electrical signals. Its customers are in the defense and factory automation industries.
“After reviewing all alternatives, management had no other proper choice in light of present financial conditions,” the company said in a statement.
