Beijing’s ‘Silicon Valley’ to Be Rebuilt: Beijing unveiled an ambitious blueprint to rebuild the Zhongguancun district, known as “China’s Silicon Valley,” and will open the project to international bidding, the New China News Agency said. The massive project, which will start next year, will take 15 years to complete, the news agency reported. The rebuilding project lies in the university district of northwestern Beijing.
