Today is Presidents Day, created to celebrate the birthdays of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Closed: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, stock and commodity exchanges, libraries, schools and many businesses. Metrolink trains are not running. MTA buses will follow Sunday schedules. Trash: Most trash collection agencies will maintain regular pickup schedules.
