Varco International Inc.: The Orange manufacturer of oil and gas drilling equipment reported 1994 profit of $12.2 million, or 36 cents a share, a 72% increase from the $7.1 million, or 21 cents a share, for 1993. Revenue was up to $223.6 million in 1994 from $193.5 million. For the fourth quarter, profit totaled $3.9 million, or 11 cents a share, compared to $3.3 million, or 10 cents a share, posted for the like period of 1993. Revenue rose to $60.5 million from $55.3 million.
