Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin operator of specialty health care facilities recorded a net loss last year of $800,000, or 5 cents a share, which included onetime expenses of $14.6 million from its merger last year with Care Enterprises. That contrasts with a profit of $11.7 million, or 69 cents a share, for 1993. Annual revenue rose 12% to $380.9 million last year from $340.9 million. The fourth-quarter profit of $3.2 million, or 18 cents a share, was the same as for 1993’s final three months. Quarterly revenue rose 4% to $96.1 million from $92.7 million.
