HOLLYWOOD HILLS : Man Shot by Madonna’s Guard to Face Charges
A man wounded in a scrap with a security guard at Madonna’s hilltop home in the Lake Hollywood area was in fair condition today and will be booked for making terrorist threats, police said.
Robert Dewey Hoskins, 37, is expected to be transferred from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to the jail ward at County-USC Medical Center, said Detective Andy Purdy of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Station.
Hoskins allegedly told the security guard that he was the singer’s husband, police said. LAPD Capt. Michael McDonagh said the intruder was shot in the arm and the lower abdomen. The entertainer was on the East Coast, police said.
