* The San Fernando Valley might have once been referred to by Frank Zappa as “ . . . a real nice place to bring your kids up.” If only this were still true. How do you experience a quality way of life when different neighbors have:
A fleet of airport vans on the front lawn . . .
A cabinet maker working out of his garage . . .
City trash cans that never leave the curbside . . .
An old sofa in the driveway . . .
. . . and I am referring to Woodland Hills, south of the boulevard!
