Delta Mulling All-Cargo Fleet: The Atlanta-based carrier may add an all-cargo fleet to its operations in a bid to boost revenue, the Wall Street Journal reported. A senior vice president at Delta Air Lines Inc. said the company is considering the move as part of a sweeping review of Delta’s cargo business, according to the report. The Journal said Delta’s pilots have urged the airline to start up an all-cargo fleet to add more flying opportunities. Delta began federally mediated contract talks with its pilots last week.
