Newport Beach : Vendor Sign-Ups Begin for Arts Festival
Artists and craft vendors may sign up now for the Balboa Arts and Music Festival on Sept. 9 and 10.
The city’s Community Services Department sponsors the festival at the Balboa Pier as part of the Newport Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual SeaFest event, which focuses on nautical history and boating skills and crafts.
