COMPANY TOWN : Longtime Warner VP to Retire at Year-End
Jack Foreman, who as vice president has overseen Warner Hollywood Studios for more than three decades, will retire at the end of the year and become a consultant to the company. Warner Bros. Studios Facilities, which has overseen the operation of the Burbank studio lot, will extend its jurisdiction over the Hollywood site.
* Mark Fleischer has been named senior vice president and deputy general counsel for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc.
* Doug Barry has been named senior vice president and general manager of Turner New Media, a division of Turner Home Entertainment.
* Sony Pictures Entertainment has promoted John C. (Jack) McBride to senior vice president, legal affairs.
