Charges Filed Against 5th Suspect in 3-Year-Old’s Slaying
Charges were filed Friday against a fifth suspect in the dead-end shooting death of 3-year-old Stephanie Kuhen.
Anthony Rodriguez, 26, was charged with one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder for allegedly taking part in the gang ambush of a car that had turned the wrong way down a Cypress Park dead-end street Sept. 17.
The shooting, which attracted nationwide attention, killed Stephanie Kuhen and wounded her brother, Joseph, 2, and driver Timothy Stone, 25.
Rodriguez was arrested Wednesday, along with another suspect, Manuel Rosales, 21, who has yet to be charged. Police have arrested seven suspects and five have been charged.
