Russo Named to New Post at AAC
* Joseph V. Russo has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president of corporate development for AAC Corp., an Irvine telemanagement, data-management and call-center management company. He was previously vice president and general manager of the call-center division.
* Moiz Beguwala has been appointed vice president of worldwide sales for Rockwell Telecommunications in Newport Beach. Beguwala, who joined Rockwell in 1973 as staff engineer, was director of worldwide sales before his new position. Before that, he was responsible for Rockwell’s modem systems sales in Australia, China, India, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.
* William E. Moffatt has been selected president of RNG Mortgage Service, a Santa Ana mortgage banking firm. He had been executive vice president of secondary marketing at Plaza Home Mortgage Bank for the past six years, and before that, was senior vice president of secondary marketing at First Northern Bank in Long Island, N.Y.
