Canoga Park : Skit Offers Students ‘Bodywise’ Advice
Professor Bodywise’s Traveling Menagerie brought its road show to A.G.B.U. Manoogian Demirdjian School on Monday to teach students about health and hygiene.
Fuzzy critters with names such as Evel the Weevil, Nikki Teen, Nutri-Beast, Boring G. Boring, Pickle and Scumble warned the students of the private Armenian elementary school about the dangers of smoking and drugs, and gave them tips on how to eat right and exercise to stay healthy and happy.
The 45-minute theatrical performance is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente Medical Program. The Professor Bodywise Program is available at no charge to groups of 200 or more.
