Information Offered on HIV/AIDS Care

Ventura County residents who want to learn more about services and resources available to people with AIDS or the virus that causes it are invited to attend a meeting Thursday of the Ventura County HIV/AIDS Task Force.

The meeting will feature a panel of care providers from agencies including AIDS Care, Christopher House and the Ventura County Public Health HIV/AIDS Center.

The countywide HIV/AIDS task force provides information and other services to people affected by the disease.

The meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Ventura County Public Health Auditorium, 3147 Loma Vista Road, Ventura.
