Canoga Park 19, Grant 7--Raymar Adams rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown in 16 carries to pace the visiting Hunters.
Canoga Park (2-4, 1-2) was clinging to a 5-0 lead until early in the fourth quarter when a 42-yard reception by Adams from David Montoya set up a three-yard run by Montoya four plays later.
A 35-yard touchdown run by Adams late in the game clinched the victory. Montoya completed three of six for 73 yards.
Grant (0-6, 0-3) failed to convert a scoring opportunity in the second quarter after a 45-yard run by Luis Escamilla gave the Lancers a first down at the Canoga Park one.
The Hunter defense held and Grant missed a field-goal attempt.
