In another Golden League game:

Palmdale 20, Burroughs 14--Grant Livermont led the Falcons (4-3, 2-0) to their first homecoming victory in six years. Livermont threw for 110 yards, completing 11 of 16 passes.

Jan Brown rushed for 139 yards on 21 carries for the Falcons.

For Burroughs (4-3, 2-0), David Hammond led the squad with two touchdowns and 75 yards rushing on 17 carries. Robert Rodriguez added 109 yards rushing on 15 carries.
