BioLase Technology Inc.: The San Clemente manufacturer of medical lasers and biomaterials incurred a net loss of $256,430, or 2 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $812,808, or 11 cents a share, for the same period in 1994. Sales rose to $440,855 from $196,363. The company reported a net loss for the nine-month period of $1.4 million, or 15 cents share, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or 20 cents a share, for the first three quarters last year. The results a year ago included a gain of $504,405 related to the dissolution of the company’s foreign subsidiary and a gain of $421,282 from early repayment of debt. Sales were flat at $1 million.
