San Gabriel Valley : ACTING MANAGER
The San Marino City Council has appointed Debbie Bell as acting city manager, following City Manager Keith Till’s announcement this month that he will leave to take a similar job in Seal Beach.
The council, which voted unanimously Thursday to appoint Bell, will decide within six months who will fill the position permanently, Mayor Bernie LeSage said.
