Time for a Change

WASHINGTON — For most Americans it’s time to fall back into the sack and get that hour of sleep they lost when time changed last spring.
That extra hour arrives at 2 a.m. Sunday when most of the nation returns to standard time. Daylight saving time returns on the first Sunday in April.
