Investment Firm to Move to Westlake Village Site
Alliance Financial Group, an investment and accounting firm with offices in Chatsworth and Woodland Hills, has purchased a Westlake Village office building and plans to move its corporate headquarters there in January.
The company bought the 10,000-square-foot Westlake Professional Building from investor Steven Santini, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura, which represented Santini. Terms were not disclosed.
Alliance plans to renovate the building on Duesenberg Drive and occupy about half of it, according to CB broker Michael Slater. The rest of the space will be rented to other businesses.
