Firm Orders Recall of Printer: Matsushita Electric Corp. of America has announced a voluntary recall to inspect about 3,000 Panasonic computer laser printers that could pose an electric shock hazard, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said. The printers may have been incorrectly assembled and could create the hazard if not properly grounded. The program involves the KX-P6100 and KX-P6500 model laser printers, which were sold nationwide between April and October. Model numbers appear on the front of the printers. Owners should call Panasonic to arrange a free inspection at (800) 328-6394.
