Talks and Seminars: On Nov. 16, the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Properties will have a panel discussion in Irvine about the business community’s role in Orange County’s post-bankruptcy era called “Beyond the Bankruptcy’s Shadow: A New Era for Orange County.” On hand for the discussion will be Tim Cooley, president of Partnership 2010; William J. Popejoy, former Orange County CEO, and Gary Hunt, executive vice president of the Irvine Co. On Nov. 29, the University of Southern California School of Urban and Regional Planning will hold a seminar in Irvine called “Metropolitan Growth and Alternative Development Patterns--the California Experience.”
