ELECTION DAY
Los Angeles County voters in 14 cities will go to the polls today to decide on 56 school board seats, seven community college board offices, seven county water districts, two irrigation districts, one library district and two special districts.
* Hours: Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
