Kerkorian, Chrysler CEO to Meet: Chrysler Corp. Chairman Robert Eaton will meet with investor Kirk Kerkorian on Monday to discuss the billionaire’s requests for board representation and other actions, Kerkorian’s investment firm said. On Oct. 25, Jerome York, a Kerkorian representative, presented Chrysler with a number of requests, including a board seat for himself and two other directors. He also asked for a change to Chrysler’s anti-takeover measures that would allow him to acquire up to 20% of the company, from his current stake of about 14.1%.
