Gehry Goes With the . . . Quonset Hut?
When I saw the review of the Disney Ice Center (“Gehry Goes With the Floe,” Nov. 12), I just had to say something. I would suggest that the architect transplant himself back 50 years to the World War II Quonset huts that were prevalent as emergency storage and living quarters for the service people. I have seen better looking Quonset huts in the most desolate parts of the world that were put up in a day.
