Launch Put Off 3rd Time

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. —
High wind forced NASA to call off Tuesday’s third attempt to launch a rocket with an X-ray telescope. Launch officials said they would try again this weekend. The $195-million X-ray Timing Explorer satellite will probe collapsed stars, possible black holes and other cosmic X-ray sources.
