James Cimino has been selected Wells Fargo Bank’s manager of private banking, trust and investment activity in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. He will be based in Santa Barbara. He joined Wells Fargo in 1993, having worked previously for Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank.
* Steven D. Gershick was elected chairman of the board of Spatializer Audio Laboratories Inc. Gershick remains president and chief executive officer of Spatializer, a Woodland Hills maker of audio systems.
* Robert C. King has been appointed vice president of business development of Advanced Photonix Inc. King has held senior sales and marketing positions with Chatsworth-based PCO and Simi-Valley-based Wangtek.
