Workers’ Comp Law Firm Moves to Thousand Oaks
Glass & Seebode, a law firm that specializes in workers’ compensation matters, has moved from Agoura Hills to Thousand Oaks.
The firm has acquired a 2,500-square-foot building on Thousand Oaks Boulevard for $575,000.
Tony Principe, executive vice president of Westcord Westoaks Commercial Group, a brokerage that represented the law firm in the purchase, says there is a “heated demand” to acquire small office buildings in eastern Ventura County.
In another relocation, the Oxnard accounting firm of Farber & Hass has moved to the historic Scarlett House in Heritage Square.
The firm’s principals, Jeff Hass and Pat Farber, said their new offices on South A Street are considerably larger than their former headquarters on Pacific Avenue.
