San Gabriel Valley : PRINCIPAL DIES

Rosemead High School Principal Denton D. Todd died Monday night of cancer. He was 57. Todd, who worked in the El Monte Union High School District for 31 years, served as Rosemead principal since 1990, district Supt. David Sandell said.
Todd is survived by his wife, Judy; two daughters, Jennifer and Julie; mother, Altha; brother, Don; and three grandchildren. “He was a man of high moral standards and ethics,” Sandell said.
Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday at 1 p.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church, 3041 Peck Road, El Monte.
