SEA CLEANING: An added byproduct of last winter’s heavy rainstorms: Tons of silty clay sediment settled on the ocean floor in Dana Point and Sunset harbors. On Jan. 18, the USC and UCLA hockey teams square off at the new Disney Ice Center on Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim. Tickets are available at $8, but the 800 seats are expected to be filled. Hockey is not an NCAA-sanctioned sport at the two schools. Each has put together what’s known as a club hockey team. . . .
