Aurora Electronics Delays Annual Report

IRVINE —  Aurora Electronics Inc. said it will delay filing its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission for about two weeks while the company attempts to work out final details of a credit agreement. The Irvine company, which provides recycled parts and spare parts, said a refinancing agreement has been reached its major banks and awaits final approval.
