Pinkerton’s Acquires Atlanta Security Firm

Pinkerton’s Inc., the Encino-based security services company, has acquired Distribution Associates South Inc., an Atlanta-based electronic security firm.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Pinkerton’s said DAS offers 24-hour alarm monitoring operations to customers in the Southeast and plans to expand nationwide.
