SC Bancorp: The Anaheim parent company of Southern California Bank reported that net income for 1995 dropped to $869,000, or 12 cents a share, from $2.7 million, or 49 cents a share, for 1994. The company said the 1995 results reflect a previously announced loss of $908,000 in the third quarter, primarily from the adoption of a restructuring program and an increase in loan-loss provisions.
Net income for the fourth quarter was up 22% to $1 million, or 13 cents a share, from $819,000, or 11 cents a share, a year earlier. Total assets as of Dec. 31, 1995, were $461.7 million, an increase of 16% from the $398.6 million at the end of 1994.
