The Enforcer (KCOP Sunday at 6 p.m.), Clint Eastwood’s third and arguably best “Dirty Harry” movie, finds Harry tracking down an elusive terrorist group that eventually snatches San Francisco’s mayor. Tyne Daly, in a “Cagney & Lacey” warm-up, is Harry’s latest partner, who proves her mettle and then some to the macho Harry.

RoboCop (KTLA Tuesday at 8 p.m.), the 1987 comic book-style actioner about a automated cop (Peter Weller)--in futuristic Detroit where private industry has taken over the police.
