Highwave Buys Building for Expansion Plan
Highwave Inc., an Oxnard designer and importer of coffee mugs, has purchased the 34,000-square-foot building in the Vineyard Industrial Park. The firm had occupied part of the building and now will expand its operations.
Highwave owner Gary Ross paid $1.1 million for the plant on Lambert Street. The seller was Margus Ltd., according to Fred Ferro of Capital Commercial Real Estate, which negotiated the sale.
Highwave will use the additional space for warehousing and distribution of its mugs and other items.
