Smartflex Systems Inc.: The Tustin provider of electronic manufacturing services said profit for 1995 more than doubled to $5.5 million, or $1.06 a share, from $2.5 million, or 60 cents a share, for 1994. Revenue increased 65% to $125.3 million from $76 million. Net income for the fourth quarter rose to $1.9 million, or 30 cents a share, from $748,000, or 17 cents a share, for the same quarter a year ago. Revenue surged to $40 million from $18.6 million.
