6th Victim of Carson Freeway Crash Dies

A sixth victim of a blazing two-car crash on the Artesia Freeway died Sunday, officials said.
The 25-year-old man, whose name was not released, had suffered third-degree burns over 88% of his body, a County-USC Medical Center spokeswoman said.
Five others, including two children, died Saturday. They were trapped after their Mustang stalled on the freeway in Carson and was struck by a Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep’s driver suffered minor injuries.
