Cal State Fullerton has qualified for the NCAA West Regional women’s gymnastics meet at UCLA April 13.
The Titans’ season average qualifying score was 191.5625, only slightly better than the 191.44 average of San Jose State.
The other six qualifiers are UCLA, Oregon State, Stanford, California, Washington and Boise State. Fullerton finished third in the Big West Conference meet Saturday at Utah State behind the host team and Boise State despite key injuries this season.
Alexis Lott, co-gymnast of the year in the Big West last year, missed the season because of a knee injury.
