Even OK toffee is pretty good, but Mrs. Weinstein’s Toffee--made by a Santa Barbara psychologist--is very, very good: crunchy, buttery, generously flavored with almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts and thatched with crushed chocolate. Connoisseurs say you can taste a fruit-like flavor in real Arabian Mocha coffee, something like cherries or berries.
