Irvine Co. Center Offers Home-Finding Help
The Irvine Co. has opened its Home Finding Center, a huge, multicolored treehouse and sales office off the Santa Ana Freeway and Jamboree Road. At the center, three sales executives can help buyers find the home they are looking for with computer programs that will create a tailored home profile for each customer. Then buyers can go visit the properties that suit their needs.
“Rather than go out to 40 properties, they can zero in on the home they want right here and then just visit one or two,” said Rudy Svrcek, vice president of sales and marketing with the Irvine Co. “Buying a home is a big step. The Home Finding Center can make it fun.”
The Irvine Co., Orange County’s largest landowner, has several new housing projects for sale on its ranch, including Northwood in Irvine. With its Home Finding Center highly visible from the freeway, the Irvine Co. hopes to attract more buyers and make shopping for a home a little less painful.
