Toni Iseman to Head OCC Academic Senate
Toni E. Iseman has been chosen by Orange Coast College’s faculty to head the school’s Academic Senate. Iseman, 50, will take over from Barbara J. Wright, a physical education professor who served as president of the senate for the past two years.
Iseman is a counselor at the college and has been a member of OCC’s faculty for six years. Before that, she was a teacher in the Santa Ana Unified School District and a counselor at Irvine High School.
For the past two years, Iseman has represented OCC’s counselors in the senate, a 23-member body that includes delegates from all the academic divisions on campus and and advises the college’s administration.
