Do They Give Out Speeding Tickets on Golf Courses?

Tom Sneva, the 1983 Indianapolis 500 winner, is still racing--as co-owner of a golf course in Glendale, Ariz.

He has what he calls “the world’s fastest golf cart” and claims he once took it up to 104 mph at a Las Vegas drag strip.

But he told Golf Digest that he won’t take his super-powered cart onto a golf course.

“If I were to flinch at the steering wheel at 100 [mph], this thing would start flipping and wouldn’t stop until February,” he said.

Asked to explain the popularity of the sometimes outrageous Rodman, Jordan said, “He’s like a demon to everybody.
