Johnny Rockets Chief Jeffrey Campbell Quits

IRVINE — Jeffrey Campbell, president and chief executive of the Johnny Rockets International Inc. burger chain, has resigned to pursue other interests, the company said Wednesday.
Campbell, who’d been with the privately held, 80-unit Johnny Rockets chain for less than a year, in February said that the chain planned to grow to 1,000 units during the next decade. He wasn’t available for comment Wednesday. The ‘50s-style diner chain has yet to name a replacement.
