SST Tours is offering three senior-oriented tours this fall:

The first is The Best of South America, a 12-day tour that departs from Los Angeles on Oct. 12 with the following itinerary: two nights at Iguazu Falls and three nights in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and three nights in Rio de Janeiro and two nights in Bahia, Brazil. The package includes:

* Round-trip air fare from Los Angeles.

* First-class hotel accommodations.

* Limousine transfers to and from Los Angeles airport.

* Personal airport VIP greeting and check-in service.

* All transfers and luggage handling between airports and hotels throughout South America.

* 15 meals including daily breakfast, welcome dinner and additional dinners.

* English-speaking tour manager.

* Sightseeing and entrance fees.

* All taxes and gratuities, except airport departure taxes, and tips to local guides and drivers.

The tour is priced at $2,739 per person, double occupancy.

A second SST tour, The Best of the Orient, departs from Los Angeles on Nov. 30 for 13 days and includes all of the service, departure and touring features as the South American tour. The itinerary includes:

* One night in Taipei, capital of Taiwan; three nights in Bangkok, Thailand; four nights in Hong Kong. The tour includes 11 meals with breakfast each day, plus a welcome dinner and farewell dinner. The tour is priced at $1,849 per person, double occupancy.

The third tour is Adventure in Kenya, two weeks in Africa with a choice of two departure dates, Oct. 17 or Nov. 30. The tour begins with two nights in London, including visits to many of the city’s famous landmarks. From London, the itinerary is: three nights in Nairobi, Kenya; one night at the Aberdare Country Club, which is said to resemble Noah’s Ark, and from which guests can observe local wildlife. Next are two nights at the Samburu Game Reserve, where guests may see gazelles, wildebeest, giraffes and zebra. There is one night at Samburu and Lakes Nishiva and Nakuru for views of flamingos, hippos and rhinos. The tour winds up with two days at the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The price is $3,699 per person, double occupancy. The tour includes 27 meals with daily breakfast, nine dinners and seven luncheons and English-speaking tour guide. All other features outlined for the above tours apply to the Adventure in Kenya as well.
