Falcon Buys T.L. Spriggs
ANAHEIM —
T.L. Spriggs Corp., which does business as the Chair Source, is being acquired by Falcon Products Inc. of St. Louis for stock. Privately held Chair Source, which makes and distributes seating products, had sales of about $5 million for the fiscal year ended June 30. Falcon Products makes and markets products for the hospitality and lodging, food service and office furniture industries.
